初次尝试Tous Les Jours的soboro bread，买的时候没细看名字，还以为是泡芙。 外层是酥脆的，里层松软，外层带有非常淡的咸香味，里面的奶油，甜度很淡，太适合怕甜者了。 跟泡芙有点儿像，皮吃起来虽松软，但也带有点嚼劲感。 表面有花生碎粒，带有坚果香。
Cut Kabocha into 3" cubes. Heat water in a pot and add ground chicken while water is still cold. Stir to loosen meat up into small pieces. Skim fat and unwanted scum. Add Soy Sauce, Sake, Mirin, sugar, and Kabocha. Cook until Kabocha becomes soft. Mix Katakuriko with 1 Tbsp water, then add to the pot, and stir well. Cook until thickend. In Korean, they call it “soboro-ppang” (소보로빵). It’s a sweet bun with a peanut streusel-like crust. We fill the Soboro with our fresh whipped cream and add strawberries too!

At medium heat, cook egg mixture stirring constantly with 4 chopsticks until cooked through but not too hard. Remove from heat, and stir a little longer until eggs set. Boil green beans for 2-3 minutes with some salt. Slice thinly. Place some Steamed Rice in a bowl, and add chicken, eggs, and green beans on top. Chicken Donburi Rice.
